360 survey
In 360 assessment, employees (typically managers) receive feedback on their work to support their development from as wide a perspective as possible – from their managers, colleagues and reporting team members alike. The questions in the 360 feedback survey cover a range of communication, interaction, performance and self-management situations. As the 360 survey is designed as a tool for personal development, feedback providers not only comment on their current experience but also on the perceived need for improvement. Self-reflection and a realistic perception of the impact of one's actions within the organization form a solid starting point for personal development.
