Congratulate a User for Completing a Learning Unit

Create a new message, choose Dynamic and as the Schedule condition choose Learning unit completed. This enables you to send a message to users who have completed an entire learning path.

You can use the message to congratulate and reward users who have completed learning. You can also add an attachment to the message, for example when you want to reward the users with an ice cream voucher or a similar claimable reward. You can also do this as a time-restricted campaign by adding a Valid until date.

You can add an attachment by navigating to Attachments and clicking on Add attachment.

Add Recipients

Add the recipients either according to the learning paths (by choosing a learning path and clicking on Add selected) or by clicking on the name of the learning path on the list, which allows you to choose Learning path structure, which enables you to choose a phase or particular courses under a phase, to which the reminder applies.
