You can send invitations for courses or reminders to the learning portal users from the Messaging tab by selecting Create message on the left side of the window.
Create a new message and choose Static.
The Name is only visible on the Gimlet LMS administration, the title of the message is added to the Subject field. You can choose the recipients one-by-one, by groups or the learning path classes.
You can schedule the invitation on the Send settings by clicking on the calendar icon. If you want to send the invitation immediately, choose Now.
When the message is ready, click on Enabled and then Save and close. After saving your message activates and is sent to the recipients according to the selected schedule.
