The development discussion process in Trilliant consists of three phases: preparation, development discussion and follow-up. The preparation phase invites the employee and the team leader to review past performance, identify strengths and weaknesses and start thinking about future targets. The process supports a connection between team targets and the individual’s development and performance targets. During the development discussion itself, the employee and team leader discuss the thoughts raised during the preparation phase and confirm targets and development paths for the new development period. In between the development discussions, the goal is to actively drive and support the achievement of the tasks and targets set, with progress actively marked and monitored on the platform.
