The Gimlet LMS admin users can create reports on single learning items or entire learning paths on the Reporting tab.
When you want to report on a particular learning path, choose the learning path in question from the Learning path section. It is also possible to focus the report on an individual learning item. You can do this by leaving the learning path empty and instead choosing the learning item in question from under Training. Please note that if you only choose to extract a report on a learning item instead of a learning path, you will only see users who have started or completed the learning item, but not users who have not yet started the course.
You can also create a report on a particular user group, unit or team. These options are available according to the information available on the users in the system and the group structure set up for the organisation.
When the necessary filters have been chosen, you can create the report by clicking on Create report.
When the report has been created, you can view the different sections of the report by clicking them open. Show progress summary shows the learners’ completion records. Certain specifications influence the structure of the report, i.e. whether it is a report of a learning path or an individual course.
The Task report shows you the responses to the assignments on the course. The task reporting is only supported for Gimlet courses (e.g. courses made with Composer).
You can extract the data by clicking on the Excel icon. Please note that there is an Excel icon next to each course, which enables you to extract the data of that particular course into an Excel file.
