The completion records of an individual user can be viewed on the admin side. Find the user under the Users and Groups tab. You can do this by using the user list search function. Next to the user’s name you can see an arrow that opens a drop-down menu; you can view the individual completion records for that user by choosing Learning.
You’ll see a list of learning paths where the learner has been added, and by clicking on the + symbol, you can open the learning path in question and see which courses the user has completed. Next to the course name you can see an arrow that opens a drop-down menu, which enables you to view the course completion data page-by-page by clicking on Show progress. You can also mark the course as complete by clicking on Set completed. Similarly, you can reset the user’s completion data by clicking on Reset progress. Additionally, the course completion can be recalculated by clicking on Recalculate progress. This might be necessary if there have been issues with the completion or if the course content and structure have been altered after the completion and the completion data needs to reflect the updated course.
