If you want to create a training with a media file, e.g. a PowerPoint file, you can create a media training in Gimlet. Start by selecting Create media training in the Gimlet content section.
In the media section, add the file you want from the Gimlet media bank. If the file is not already in the media bank, you can upload it here.
Once the file has been added to the course and any other course information has been filled in, click the Create button to save the training. Once the media training has been created, it will appear in Gimlet's Training List and can be added to your study paths in the same way as any other online training.
The way the media training works is that you get a completion mark as soon as you open the file.
