Content Manager
- Permissions: Access to the functionalities of the Administration - Content, Media Bank, and Community tabs.
- Role can be granted by: Client Administrator
User Administrator
- Permissions: Access to the functionalities of the Users and Groups tabs.
- Role can be granted by: Client Administrator, User Administrator
Tutor
- Permissions: No administrative rights. Extends the Participant role's permissions with limited access to reporting and monitoring study progress. The use and functionality of this role are client-specific.
- Role can be granted by: Client Administrator, User Administrator
Reports Reader
- Permissions: Right to read reports.
- Role can be granted by: Client Administrator, User Administrator
Participant
- Permissions: No administrative rights.
- Role can be granted by: Client Administrator, User Administrator
Viewer
- Permissions: No administrative rights.

Commentator
- Permissions: No administrative rights.

API User
- Permissions: Same permissions as the Client Administrator, but only through the Gimlet API.
