In this view, each user gets an overview of the organization's manager/team structure. Everyone can navigate through the view to their own development summary by clicking on the icon next to their name. The team leader can also access the team summary view and the development summary of each team member via the same icon.
The access rights are inherited upwards in the team structure, allowing the monitoring of the teams and its members also by the management or, for example, by the people in charge of the units. The HR role automatically has access to summaries of all members of the organization and teams. However, the records related to the development discussion are only ever visible to the individual and his/her direct reports for data protection reasons.
You can condense the view by collapsing the team structures or view only the individual team and its sub-teams using the team search at the top. You can also search by keyword, for example by name or title, and the view will highlight the search results in the structure you see directly.
