In this view, each user gets an overview of the organization’s management/team structure. Each user can navigate to their own development summary by clicking the icon next to their name. Team leaders also have the right to access the team summary view and each team member’s development summary via the same icon.
Access rights are inherited upward within the team structure, allowing management or, for example, unit heads to monitor the status of teams and their members. The HR role automatically has access to the summaries of all organization members and teams. However, for data protection reasons, entries related to development discussions are always visible only to the individual themselves and their direct supervisor.
You can narrow down the view by collapsing team structures or view only a single team and its sub-teams using the team search at the top of the page. You can also search by keyword—for example, by name or title—in which case the view highlights the search results directly in the visible structure.
