My memos allow you to record memos of a meeting between two or more people, for example. The function can also be used to record only your own memos.
Create a new memo from the "Create new memo" button in your own view. Enter the title, the date of the meeting or memo and select the participants of the meeting. Each participant has the right to edit the content of the memo, but for example, deleting a memo can only be done by the original creator.
Once a memo has been created, it will appear in the "My Memos" view for each participant. At the bottom of the My view, a few memos relevant by date are displayed and all memos can be found by clicking on the "See all memos" button.
